Being WA farmers for the past 50 years, we strive to provide grower direct product at farm gate prices to our stores. Spudshed is passionate about produce and providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience!

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our Spudshed team located in Stirling, WA!

At Spudshed we value our employees and their growth within the Company, so ongoing training and development offered to the successful candidate!

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as having excellent leadership skills to train and develop a new team. Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!

Responsibilities

Customer Service Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
• Ability to meet rostering and wage control requirements
• Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
• Finding new ways to improve our Customers shopping experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Strong leadership skills

To be successful in this role you must be Customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent Department standard.
